Mother Earth, please undo the harm!

Shri Mataji, please forgive us, this humanity,

the people of this great nation, for harming Mother Shri Bhoomi Devi,

knowingly and unknowingly.

Forgive us, for we have plundered all Her wealth unceasingly,

for we have abused Her with all plastics and things unnatural,

for we have made Her soils infertile with our unholiness and chemicals.

The abundant nature, flora, and fauna are dying slowly.

Forgive us again and again,

for we have played into the hands of greedy corporates and politicians,

that we, too, played a part in destroying Her purity and fragrance.

Forgive us, Mother, for we forgot to recognise Your beauty in all nature,

and respect the manifestations of art forms that are handmade and heart-born,

inspired by the beauty of the Spirit.

Last but not the least, forgive my countrymen,

despite being born in this great Yoga Bhoomi,

who have been running after matter, rather than seeking their Spirit.

Bless us, O Great Goddess;

Thy benevolent Love, with holy rains

that nourish the lands of drought, 

awaken the seeking for spiritual ascent.

For Spirit alone can bring beauty to the nation, and undo all our sins of the past and present, and deliver us from Maya.

May the innocence blossom in our hearts, and heads bow down in gratitude.

O Great Goddess, we surrender to You again and again.
