Eternity

I am a speck of eternity wrapped in eternity!
Unending canvas beholds the picture in serenity;
I walked with Rumi & Yunus among deserts;
Dined with Gibran, conversing endless nights.
Followed Buddha, Kabira and Shankara
astutely;

 

Been an echo of messages from Sinai & Mecca.
Bearing the footprints of Jerusalem & Zen valleys;
Known by many names, in lands of diverse faces.
Born and dead, many lives, came and gone in time.

 

Anyone who came, are here, forever in eternity;
Rain that becomes the ocean, returns to the clouds, in continuity!
For one who was never born, forms are footprints in eternity!

I went on a journey to a mountain high above the sea— the sea that became the mountain where all the gods reside. And this abode of the Goddess is deep within the core of my heart. The music of the heart—quiet, gentle, and ever moving. The movement that dissolves the entire cosmos in joyful ecstasy. The bliss that wraps every being, every moment of creation and dissolution. The joy that wraps the beginning and end of time and makes the time endless in eternity. What is truth is simple. What is simple is truth. What is hidden is reality, and what is revealed is reality. What's so real about sitting quietly in meditation? If there is anything to be done, let it be within me! If anyone who needs change, it's only me! What outside me, stays in my control? Who outside me, plays well, my role? How tiring the job of seeking to fix everything but me? How futile yearning to build a garden without sweat mine? I am the wound, I am the healing; I am the question, I am the answer! I am the logic, I am the magic; I am the cause, I am the effect! The Great Mother has put the macrocosm in this tiny microcosm! Weilder of great powers, wields Her arrows through this bow!
